If you cancel hosting, your website will go offline at the end of the current billing cycle. We'll provide you with a full backup of your site files and database so you can migrate to another provider if needed. There are no cancellation fees — you can cancel anytime.

Absolutely. You can upgrade your website package at any time. We'll assess what's already built, calculate the difference in price, and apply it as a credit toward your upgrade.

Your monthly hosting covers 24/7 uptime monitoring, Cloudflare CDN & DDoS protection, SSL certificate renewal, weekly backups, security patches & updates, performance optimization, and priority email support.

Timeline depends on your package. Entry-level sites typically take 2–3 weeks. Mid-tier packages run 3–5 weeks. Enterprise and higher-tier builds can take 6–12 weeks depending on complexity.

Yes, 100%. You own all the design, content, and code we create for you. If you ever decide to leave, we'll hand over everything — source files, assets, database exports, and documentation.

You'll need a domain name (we'll help you pick and purchase one if needed), your business logo and brand colors, content for your pages (we can help write it), and any photos or media you want on the site.

Yes. Each package includes revision rounds during the build. After launch, you can purchase individual revisions at $75 each, or add our Content Updates add-on ($99/mo) for up to 4 updates per month.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payment is split into a 50% deposit to start and 50% upon completion.

Every package includes revision rounds specifically for this. During the design phase, we'll present mockups and iterate based on your feedback until it's exactly right.
